A $90 fee per tonne of resin could support plastics treaty goals, report says

While it's far from clear if such a fee would be part of any agreement, a proposal from Minderoo calling for one of up to $90 per metric ton generated considerable interest among the roughly 100 observers and delegates at the panel discussion.
