Ellen MacArthur Foundation says robust treaty needed to reduce plastic pollution

The largest voluntary global corporate initiative aimed at reducing plastic pollution has released a report showing some progress on reducing virgin resin consumption, but it says a strong plastics treaty is needed to get lagging companies to do their share.
